Expressive Arts Therapy is a contemporary approach to psychotherapy, in which the traditional dialogue between therapist and client is widened to a three-way conversation - the client, the art piece, and the therapist. Creating an art piece is never a one-way process, and therefore, one could say, it is a dialogue of action and reflection.

Join registered psychotherapist Angela Duntsch for an evening of expressive arts, for relaxation, for fun, for you.
Arts Therapy supports adults and young people in various ways: to ease stress, to explore what feels important, to develop a more intimate relationship to oneself and develop  creative problem solving skills, to feel less on one's own, to process and to integrate difficult experiences.
